🔒 Privacy in the App

App privacy is about what the Swift Axis app collects, where it keeps your choices, and how to read the full policy. This page will guide you through the practical side of that, and points to the privacy policy, which is the authoritative statement.

Summary

The privacy policy is the final word. Read it at swift-axis.com/page/privacy-policy. This page only explains how the app behaves day to day, and never replaces the policy.

Reading the policy

You can open the policy from inside the app: go to "About" and press "Privacy policy". It opens the same page as the link above, so the website and the app always show the same text.

What stays on your phone

  • Your reading progress: which stories you have read, the last story you opened and where you stopped scrolling.
  • Your preferences: your theme, accent colour and the "Hide AI-generated stories" setting.
  • A saved copy of recently read stories, so they open when your connection is poor.

None of this needs an account. The app has no sign-in, so these choices are not tied to your name or email.

What the app does not have

  • No analytics. The app does not measure how you use it.
  • No ads.
  • No account. There is nothing to sign in to.

Connections the app makes

The app talks to the Swift Axis servers to fetch stories. It also opens links in your browser when you press them, such as the contact page, the website or a link inside a story. Fonts are built into the app, so it does not fetch them from elsewhere.

Clearing your data

Android lets you clear an app's saved data from its settings, under apps and storage. Doing so removes your reading progress, preferences and saved copies from the phone. Uninstalling the app does the same.

For questions about privacy, use the contact link under "About" and "Contact".
